Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order size and exact location. Please note that MetaMats is not responsible for additional fees, such as VAT, customs duties, or other local import charges.

We’ve spent countless hours testing and sourcing the right material for our playmats. While we don’t disclose the exact composition, we guarantee each mat is made from a premium microfiber fabric with a non-slip backing. Our goal is to provide the highest-quality play surface possible.

Absolutely! Your mat can be printed in any color of your choice.

Yes! Black mats are available upon request.

You can safely hand wash your mat using cold water and a soft cloth. If needed, machine washing is also possible:

  Cold water, gentle cycle only
  
• 
  Do not use bleach or harsh detergents
  
• 
  Do not put your mat in the dryer — always air dry

We do not recommend ironing your mat. Heat can damage the image and fabric.

For the best print quality, please provide a high-resolution image in one of the following formats:

• 
  PNG, JPG, JPEG, PSD, AI, or PDF
  
• 
  At least 150 DPI
  
• 
  RGB color profile
  

If the image looks blurry on your screen, it will most likely look blurry on the mat.

Yes! We can do minor edits and background removals free of charge. For example, cropping out characters or combining multiple images is fine. However:

• 
  We do not create original artwork from scratch unless previously agreed upon
  
• 
  Please have all images ready before placing your order.
  

You’ll always receive a proof to approve before we produce your mat.

Yes, we can print edge-to-edge, full-face designs.

Exceptions: We will not print discriminatory content, nor will we reprint another company’s playmat designs.

Yes. Discounts begin with purchases of 3 or more mats and scale with higher quantities. For teams, events, or stores, please email us for a custom quote.

For custom playmats:

   Place your order.

   Email your artwork to support@MetaMats.com along with your order number.
   
3. 
   We’ll create and send you a proof.
   
4. 
   Once approved, your mat goes into production.
   

Production and shipping typically take 2–10 business days, depending on order volume. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
