Processing & Production Time

  • Standard production time is 2–10 business days from the date of digital proof approval (if applicable).

  • For in-stock items (Prestige Collection, The Vault), orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.

Please note: Production timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons or for high-volume custom orders.

Shipping Methods

  • All orders are shipped via tracked carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)

  • Shipping options and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout

  • You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to most countries

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local government

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Return Policy

  • For packages marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. If unresolved, we’ll do our best to assist in locating or replacing your order where possible
