Return Policy

At MetaMats, all merchandise is custom-made to order and sold as-is, with no refunds offered once a purchase is completed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our no-refund policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement — pending verification that the issue occurred prior to delivery.

To qualify:

• Contact us with photos and a description of the issue

• Once confirmed, we will issue a pre-paid return label

• Upon receiving the returned item, we will ship out a replacement at no additional cost

We stand by the quality of our work and will always make it right when mistakes occur — but due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not permitted.
